Your apartment is located in a private, secure complex. There are two separate units available in the courtyard - perfect for larger groups or families wanting separate units right next to each other.

The space is perfect for country guests wanting to stay both short or long term. Close to the football, shopping, Burswood and centrally located for city weddings.
The apartment has been carefully designed to make your stay stress free and relaxing. Situated within a small group of townhouses, your apartment is peacefully quiet, with a large fenced garden area and barbeque. While you will appreciate the large, well-appointed open plan kitchen, you'll also find easy access to cafes and restaurants located on Railway Parade and nearby Eighth Avenue.

The apartment is offered in its entirety which includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge room, laundry and secure courtyard garden.
The apartment is located within a secure group of apartments. Access to both the parking and the front door is via an electronic lock so you can check-in any time that suits you after 2pm.
Once your booking is confirmed, I will provide detailed check-in instructions that are easy to follow. I am available 24/7 to help if needed! My daughter lives in the front house in emergency.
You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. As access to the apartment is via electronic keypads, you won’t need to collect any keys from me.
However I am available 24 hours a day if you have any questions or would just like a friendly face to show you around the area.
The apartment is set in the hip area of Maylands, a short walk from the various cafes along 8th Avenue. The vibrant shops, cafes, and eateries along Beaufort Street and station are steps away. It’s a 15-minute drive from Perth International Airport.
With Maylands Train Station only 400m away, it is easy to get to and from the apartment via public transport.
There is parking on site, with additional free on-street parking if you have multiple cars.
We provide tea, coffee (with your own Nespresso machine) and milk for your breakfast.
Please cook! The pantry is also well stocked with spices, oils etc. We want to make your stay effortless.
You are welcome to smoke but only outside please.
