My ancestors inhabited in the area of Meteora and the village of Kalampaka for centuries. This connection with the magnificent landscape is imprinted in my genes. This strong energy guided me to explore all the aspects of this phenomenon. Due to my scientific background, as a biologist, I was urged to discover all the hidden beauties and the secrets of this magical land from my own unique perspective. Would you like to experience it? We will do a simple hike with lot's of stops in nature surrounding the towers of Meteora in the area of Kalampaka and Kastraki, total distance 6km. We will see and talk about the geological phenomenon and how everything was in the area. We will see and talk about the flora and the fauna of the beautiful Meteora nature. We will follow the human footprints of the prehistoric and ancient times of all the cultures and civilizations that inhabited the area. We will walk the spiritual paths of the hermits...

In this traditional 5-course cooking experience, you will learn how to make some of the most authentic Greek dishes, such as the Greek Moussaka and the classic Greek phyllo dough Spanakopita (Spinach pie), by opening your own phyllo. We will also prepare a variation of the well-known Greek Salad inspired by the Greek islands and the famous Greek yogurt Tzatziki sauce. Our dessert will be the original homemade Galatopita (Milk pie). We'll start preparing the ingredients we will need, while talking about Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
