Join me, a local curator and writer, on a walking tour through the city’s contemporary art scene. Together, we’ll head off the beaten path to cutting-edge galleries, getting to know the established and emerging artists who are shaping them. • We’ll begin in Porta Venezia, an area often overlooked by tourists, where we’ll visit some of my favorite galleries tucked away in historic buildings. • We’ll head toward the Città Studi district to visit the renowned Raffaella Cortese gallery. Along the way, I’ll offer my takes on the city’s contemporary art world, talking through its diverse mix of exhibitions. • Our walking tour will wrap up with a well-deserved aperitivo, giving us the chance to reflect on the day and chat about our favorite pieces. By the time we part, you’ll have your finger on the pulse of Milan’s artistic scene, and more than enough inspiration to keep exploring more of the city’s cultural treasures.

Step aboard Venice’s last surviving vintage wooden postal boat from the 1950s, a masterpiece of maritime history, and journey through the Venetian Lagoon’s less-traveled waterways. • I’ll share stories of the city’s history, show you breathtaking scenery, and invite you to witness hidden gems and family traditions. • Glide through peaceful, secluded channels, passing iconic landmarks like Murano’s famed glass blowing workshops and Mazzorbo’s serene vineyards. • Immerse yourself in charming Burano, where you’ll stop for an exclusive lace-making demonstration by my 81-year-old great aunt and savor freshly baked Bussolà pastries, lovingly prepared by her sister. On the way back, the magnificence of St. Mark’s Square will unfold like a cinematic moment, a perfect finale to a journey that captures the essence of Venice’s renowned beauty.

Explore the lagoon in a historic rowing boat

Explore the northern reaches of the Venetian Lagoon by rowing boat with me, a rowing expert, and discover a serene environment of wetlands and shallow waters impossible to see from a motorboat. • Meet at a private rowing club, where I’ll introduce the art of Venetian rowing. You’ll then board a traditional vessel—a gondola, sanpierota, batea, or caorlina, depending on the number of guests. • Row to the islands of Murano and Certosa, stopping for a short walk. I’ll share insights into this peaceful environment and its fascinating history. • You’ll safely practice rowing yourself, gaining a deeper appreciation for the unique design of Venetian boats and traditional rowing techniques. By the time we return to the rowing club, you’ll have acquired some new rowing skills and a whole new perspective on the city.

E-bike the hills of Montello to a prosecco tasting

Cruise on an e-bike through the scenic Montello hills, once the lifeblood of Venice’s shipyards, now a land of rolling vineyards and fine Prosecco. We’ll pedal along forested trails and sunlit slopes, embracing the region’s rich nature. • I’ll welcome you at our restaurant, equip you with a properly sized e-bike and helmet, and help you get comfortable with both. A headset may be provided for communication during our ride. • Ride along scenic paths to a Prosecco tasting at a local winery. (Tasting not included and to be paid directly on site) • Continue past historic World War I sites, including the British Cemetery, and Prosecco vineyards before reconnecting with the path along the Piave River. When we arrive back at our starting point, we’ll share our reflections on our ride and take a group photo. By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with an enhanced sense of Montello’s beauty and history. ***Prosecco tasting at a local winery, not included and to be paid directly on site***

We'll sail through the best spots of lake Como. You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. If you like we will stop for a swim and enjoy the lights of sunset light. There is an italian aperitif with local snacks and a nice bottle of Prosecco. We will sail along the coast towards the south in the shadow of Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, the waterfall of Fiumelatte then returned to the shore of Bellagio, you'll observe other fascinating villas and gardens hidden, unless you are on a boat. At the end, back to Pescallo, last sunlights gardens of Villa Serbelloni. Other things to note: please advise us if you have any food allergy, vegan, vegetarian, celiac we'll make you a special food option, minimum to set the sail 2 person

The tour will last approximately 85 minutes. The main aim of this experience is to take you away from all of the overcrowded areas and to let you admire and appreciate the real Venice in a more intimate and fun environment, guided by a native Venetian! Be prepared to be WOWED by the mysterious and romantic atmosphere that surrounds the canals and gives to the city a unique touch that not many people get to experience. During the tour I am going to guide you through the non-turistic areas where just mostly locals go and I will tell you some Venice history and stories that are part of the local culture. However, during the tour we will also pass in front of all the famous historical sites like: St. Mark Square, bridge of sights, Doge Palace and Salute Curch. Other things to note If you easily get seasick, this might not be recommended for you, but keep in mind that among canals rough sea almost impossible to find. Remember to go to the toilet before getting onboard!
